• "Manage Filters" here

• Click "New Filter" to add a new filter

• Check this box to make this filter visible for your whole team

• Add a filter Title

• Use the "Search filters" field for easy indexing

• Select your items to filter by

• Check "Use Exact Match" for the filter to only show the selected

• Filter by "Catalyst Events" here (ie. lien, fire, death, etc.)

• Filter by Days on Market here

• Filter by Estimated Value, Exports, Lists, etc.

• Filter by Location, just start typing to find what you need (Find by city or county)

• Filter by Lot Size and/or MLS status

• Filter by Owner information here

• Explore filters and apply what is needed to narrow your list

• Filter by Tags here

• Filter by past upload(s) here

• Review and "Save Filters"

• Choose a folder and "Save Filter" to confirm

• Seller Intent Score shows what leads are the warmest (Unlock a higher-level plan to sort by this number)

• Click "Smart View" to view the property street view

• Click this icon to add a Property Tag

• “Search Tags" or "Create New Tag" to help organize your Property

• Click "Full History" to open historical performance

• View past market performance

• Click "View Existing Contact" to view the current Owner

• Click the address to go back to the Deal
